2021 Spa GAA Club AGM Report

The 2021 Spa AGM took place online earlier this week and thank you to all members that attended. There was a comprehensive report on the various club activities during 2021.

Our thanks to Club Secretary Patrick Regan who steps down from his role after three years and wishing him the very best with his new business. The position of Club Secretary remains vacant and if anyone would like to get involved please contact any of our club officers.

There was also great credit for our Senior Management of Ivor Flynn, Kieran Herlihy, Neily Kerins, Brian Gleeson and Arthur Fitzgerald on another successful year. Our senior management stepped down recently and they were thanked for their commitment, work rate and everything they have achieved these past few years, especially the Intermediate Championship victory in September and retaining Senior Championship and Division 1 status for 2022.

We are always very grateful to the volunteers that help in the running of the club so if anyone would like to get involved or help out in any part of the club, or if anyone would like to take up an officer position, please get in touch.  

(Spa GAA Coiste na nÓg AGM will take place on Tuesday January 18th at 7.30pm)

The new year is ready to begin and registration for 2022 will open in the coming days. The first activity in Spa will be the Ireland Lights Up winter walks starting this Wednesday January 12th (7-8pm) and running every Wednesday evening for the next few weeks. Everyone welcome!
