Our U15 boys team played Beaufort in the Div2 Plate semi-final in Spa on Wednesday evening

A solid first half performance saw Spa score 3 well taken goals , however Beaufort stayed in touch with 2 goals of their own to leave the score at 3.06 to 2.03 at the short whistle. The second half proved a closer affair on the score board with both teams trying hard for the result. It finished with a victory for Spa on a scoreline of Spa 4.13 to Beaufort 3.09. The lads now look forward to a final with Firies who defeated John Mitchel’s in last evenings other semi final

Well done to the boys and commiserations to a young Beaufort side who fought hard on the night in an entertaining and sporting game.
