Spa travelled to Dirreen on Wednesday night to play Legion in Rd3 of the East Kerry Superleague.

Played under lights, Legion had the wind in the opening half and led by 0-6 to 0-5 at half time, the Spa points from Michael Foley and Cian Tobin (4).

Spa took the lead early in the second half and with scores from Niall McCarthy, Michael Foley (2) and Cian Murphy they were 0-9 to 0-6 ahead at the end of the third quarter. Two final scores from Cian Murphy made it Spa 0-12 to Legion 0-8 at the final whistle.
