AGM  
Our 2021 Spa GAA Club AGM will take place online through Zoom on Wednesday December 29th 2021 at 7.30pm. Any motions or nominations are to be sent to the Secretary Patrick (secretary.spa.kerry@gaa.ie) before Monday December 27th. The link for the meeting will be sent to members shortly.

We are always very grateful to the volunteers that help in the running of the club so if anyone would like to help out or would like to take up an officer position with the club please get in touch.    

2022 KNOW YOUR SPORT 
The annual Know Your Sport competition is back! Predict the result of 30 sporting events throughout the year - the person with the most accurate predictions will receive a grand prize of €1,000! *Deadline Jan 31st 2022*

2022 Spa GAA club calendars on sale now (€10 each) and can be purchased on spagaa.com/shop with click & collect or post options available. 

They will also be on sale at the clubhouse this Tuesday December 21st (7-8pm) or Wednesday December 22nd (7-8pm).

MUNSTER CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS
Congratulations to the Kerry clubs who were victorious at the weekend in their respective Munster club championships – Gneeveguilla (Junior), Na Gaeil (Intermediate) and Austin Stacks (Senior). 

2022 CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Membership for 2022 will open once the AGM has been completed and the 2022 membership options and rates will be advertised shortly.

WIN A HOUSE WITH KERRY GAA 
For the month of December, the Kerry GAA ‘Win a House’ fundraising committee have teamed up with Down Syndrome Kerry and €5 from all tickets purchased for the draw this month will go to Down Syndrome Kerry. Tickets are on sale from the club (contact any of our club officers or Co Board officer John O’Leary), from the Co. Board office in Tralee or at the Kerry GAA Store in the Killarney Outlet Centre. 

When entering your details don’t forget to mention your club SPA GAA in the ‘Additional Information’ section as your club could also win up to €1,500. The sooner you purchase a ticket, the more draws you will be included in.

Numbers drawn: 1, 12, 19, 26. No winner and €50 Lucky Dip prizes to Peter Wickham, Joan Mangan, John Creedon and Aoife Larkin. Turkey Voucher winners are Karen McAuliffe and Tina Ahern.

GAA MARKS 50 YEARS OF CLUB CHAMIONSHIPS
Congratulations to Michael Gleeson who was honoured in Croke Park at the weekend as the GAA marked 50 years of club championships. Mick was there to represent East Kerry as he captained them to victory in the inaugural All Ireland Club Football Final in 1971. Watch video clip here

KERRY GAA COUNTY & DISTRICT PASS
The annual Kerry Co Board County & District passes are now available for 2022 and can be purchased directly from the Co Board or from the Kerry GAA Store.
