SPA HALLOWEEN PARTY 
Another fantastic fun filled spooky night was had in Spa GAA for our annual Halloween Party last Friday. Thank you to everyone who put so much effort into organising the party and especially to all our younger members with all their spooky costumes. Happy Halloween from all at Spa GAA.

2022 PwC GAELIC FOOTBALL ALL STARS 
Congrats to all players nominated & selected for the 2022 PwC All Stars Gaelic Football team. Kerry have 7 players on the team - Shane Ryan, Jason Foley, Tadhg Morley, Gavin White, Paudie Clifford, Sean O' Shea and David Clifford while David Clifford was also named as the 2022 PwC Gaelic Football Player of the Year.

Our condolences to the family and friends of Padraig Harnett RIP, Currans and formerly of Upper Park Road, Killarney, who passed away recently. May he Rest in Peace.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ST BRENDANS KILLARNEY 
Congratulations to The Sem on their win over Mercy Mounthawk in the O'Sullivan Cup Kerry Colleges Final. Well done to the team & management with special mention to Timmy Moynihan, Luke O'Neill, Kieran Herlihy, Donal O'Doherty, Dr Gary Stack, Dylan Vaughan and Arthur Fitzgerald. 

 

U15 EAST KERRY CHAMPIONSHIP DIVISION 2 SEMI FINAL 
Our U15’s welcomed Fossa to Spa last Monday and playing in driving rain, the two teams played some great football at times. There was only 6 points in it at half time however Spa pushed on in the second half to run out the winners. Kilcummin await Spa in the final (time and date to be confirmed). Thanks to Fossa for a sporting game and for all the parents for braving the driving rain.

CAIRDE SPA DRAW - WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT! 
Spa GAA recently launched a one-off Cairde Spa fundraising draw to raise funds for the development of our grounds and facilities. There are 10 great prizes up for grabs, including over €20,000 in cash prizes, and the draw will take place this December! Tickets are on sale through our website spagaa.com or from club members and officers. Apart from ongoing and essential maintenance work, the club has a number of development projects in the pipeline.

The money is being raised towards improving our grounds to provide top class facilities that can be used year-round, including -

Perimeter Fencing for Pitches

Ladies / Juveniles Dressing Rooms

Outdoor Skills Wall

Player dugouts for senior & juvenile pitches

31 CARD DRIVE CHAMPIONSHIP OF KERRY 
The postponed Finals of the 2020 31 Card Drive Championship of Kerry will take place at the Torc Hotel on Friday November 25th. Best of luck to all teams.
