The East Kerry Junior Leagues begin this week, and Spa are in Division 2 with Firies, Kilcummin and Legion. The fixtures schedule is as follows and first named team is at home:

Players are not eligible to play in the East Kerry Junior League - Players on the 1st Fifteen submitted for the current year and sanctioned

League will consist of 2 Divisions of 4

Division 1 – All games will be played at 15 a-side.

Division 2 - 13/15 a-side.

Re: Division 2 only – Where both teams have at least 15 players on the night – 15 a-side game must be played. Where one team have only 13 or 14 players the opposition must play 13 a-side on the night. 13 a-side is the minimum requirement. Players going off injured or being sent off has no implication for the numbers playing with the opposition.

§ The Final will consist of the team’s That finish 1st and 2nd in each Division

NB: Where teams finishing level on points having played same number of fixtures, the following criteria below will determine table position

2 Score difference – subtracting the total Scores against from the total Scores for

NB: The score from the official referee’s report will be the score used.

Fixtures fulfilled will be considered when deciding placing, where teams finish level on points.

POINTS

1. 2 Points awarded for a win.

2. 1 Point awarded for a draw

Penalties for non-playing of games to be decided by the C.C.C.
