Marty Morrissey, in the company of Andy O'Sullivan and Micheal O'Leary,  launches a Spa Club Development Draw in the early to mid noughties for the development of the new Sports Hall and Clubhouse facilities.

Building commenced in October 2004 and the facilities were officially opened on 26th March 2006 by Uachtarán CLG, Sean Kelly and Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism Mr John O'Donoghue T.D.
