Update from Kerry GAA on government guidelines announced this week

A Chara,

The attendance news this week has certainly been very disappointing for all GAA fans. Right from the beginning of the Covid Pandemic, our Kerry clubs, officers, players, parents and mentors have shown tremendous leadership, community spirit and dedication. This has enabled our match program across ages to be played and training sessions held in a monitored and controlled environment.

We would ask absolutely everyone involved to continue do everything in their power to abide by all health guidelines and recommendations over the coming weeks.

Where Juvenile games are concerned, it is vitally important to abide by the One Parent or Guardian only per child attendance rule ( and that is if it is necessary from a welfare viewpoint).

Once inside a ground , social distancing is paramount. Continuing adherence to guidelines means that the GAA family is doing its best to ensure matches and training continue and hopefully in front of attendances in due course.

Le Meas,
