About Us
Spa GAA is a long-standing GAA club on the outskirts of Killarney, founded back in 1948. The club gets its name from the nearby Spa Well, which was a popular location in the 18th and 19th century - due to its water, which was rumoured to have health-giving properties.
Today, you can find our clubhouse situated about three miles away from Killarney town centre, with ample, modern facilities and a dedicated team of volunteer staff. Our club has helped foster many Kerry football players, and continues to take an active role in charity, fitness, sporting and tourism activities in the locality.

Pitches
Our club grounds include multiple well-maintained pitches, perfect for events, matches, and even the big game. Two of our pitches are fully lit, and our main pitch is equipped with an electronic scoreboard.

Our Facilities
The Gym
As a service for all of our members, we provide access to a secure, well-maintained gym. The gym is protected at all times by CCTV and a key fob access system, and is available from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
The Studio
Our studio is located on the second floor, overlooking one of the two pitches. It’s the perfect place to get your creative juices flowing - or just to practise your dance routine.

Sports Hall
Our club provides a spacious hall for playing all forms of indoor sport, whatever the weather.

Dressing Rooms
We provide a total of four dressing rooms for players, all of which have access to showers. Clean, spacious and with the entrance hall monitored by CCTV, they’re perfect for getting ready for the next big game or event.
If you’ve booked one of our rooms or pitches and you need access to the dressing rooms, please let us know in advance.
Parking
The club grounds include plenty of space for parking - both in front of the clubhouse, and behind it. There is ample parking space for practically any event, but if you’re unsure then please contact us with your requirements.
