The under 14 blue girls team played Dr Crokes on Sunday evening in Div 2 East kerry championship.  After a slow start against a strong breeze the Spa girls stormed back into the game in the second half playing some great football and working for each other tirelessly across the field.  The Dr Crokes keeper put in an inspired display saving some great Spa efforts and helped Dr Crokes to run out 1.09 to 1.07 winners. Our congratulations to a fine Dr Crokes team who played excellent football and to all the players, management and referee for such an exciting sporting match. We wish Dr Crokes the best of luck for the rest of the season
