On a sun-soaked evening in Tralee, 19 of our U12 girls made the journey to Austin Stack Park to take part in a fantastic evening of football on Tuesday 19th Aug. They played three spirited matches against Finuge/St Senans, Dingle, and Abbeydorney, showcasing their impressive skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout.
The event wasn’t just about the football – it was also about community. All participating teams joined together to show their support for Féile, forming a giant letter F on the pitch and proudly chanting “We Stand for Féile.” A wonderful moment of unity, with a reminder to support the GoFundMe page.
The evening ended on a high note with a well-deserved trip to McDonald’s, generously funded by our own Cóiste na n-Óg Club. Smiles, laughter, and memories made – what more could you ask for?
A big thank you to all the parents who travelled and supported the girls, and to our dedicated coaches for making it all happen.
