Spa Mothers & Others – Fun, Fitness & Friendships 💙
Spa GAA’s Mothers & Others group has gone from strength to strength since launching in 2024 — and with over 50 members already involved, it has quickly become one of the most vibrant parts of our club community.
Run under the Ladies Gaelic Football Association Gaelic4Mothers&Others initiative, the programme offers women aged 25+ the opportunity to play Gaelic football in a fun, non-competitive and social environment. No scores, no pressure — just enjoyment, fitness and great company.
At Spa, it’s about much more than football. Members enjoy outdoor training from March to September, year-round gym sessions, blitz days, walking groups, social nights and plenty of laughs along the way.
Whether you’ve never kicked a ball before or are returning after years away, you’ll be made feel right at home.
