There was great excitement and pride today as a large group of talented young Spa children represented the club at Scór na bPáistí in Fossa Community Hall.
Spa were first to take to the stage in the Instrumental Music Group competition and delivered an outstanding performance to open the event. Their hard work and dedication paid off as they secured a well-deserved 3rd place.
In the Solo Dancing competition, Spa were proudly represented by Ronan Carey and Klara Morczewska. Both performed superbly, with Ronan earning an excellent 2nd place following a fantastic display.
The Solo Music competition was of an exceptionally high standard, with three Spa competitors taking part — Réidín Ní Laoithe, Marc Flynn and Luke Jordan. All three performed brilliantly, showcasing great confidence and skill while doing their club proud.
Spa also had four teams competing in the highly competitive Set Dancing section. After impressive performances across the board, Spa teams claimed 2nd and 3rd place, a wonderful achievement in such a strong field.
Every child represented Spa with immense pride and enthusiasm. For some, it was their first time performing on stage, making their efforts and achievements even more special. It was a fantastic day for the club.
Huge credit is due to the teachers and parents for their dedication and support in preparing the children, and it was wonderful to see so many supporters in attendance throughout the day.
Well done to all involved — a brilliant occasion for Spa! View some of the photos from the day on our Facebook Page HERE
