Spa made the trip to Tralee for the Féile quarter-final and emerged with a hard-earned victory over Finuge following a determined performance.

Adapting quickly to the fast-paced format, Spa got off to a strong start and built an early lead thanks to goals from Aidan Hickey and Jack Kissane. Eric Corcoran also added to the tally, before a rebound off the post allowed Finuge to capitalise for a goal.

Spa responded well, showing resilience in defence with Eoin Brosnan, Torin Lyne and Jack Gleeson leading the way. Around midfield, Sam O'Shea and Maks Wesolowski worked tirelessly to keep Spa on the front foot. At the back, James Brosnan continued to impress in his temporary role as goalkeeper, delivering excellent kick-outs throughout.

Finuge pushed hard in the second half, but a superb goal from Eric Corcoran proved vital in maintaining Spa’s advantage. Although Finuge struck for a late goal with the final kick of the game to reduce the margin to just two points, Spa held firm to secure a 3-3 to 2-4 win.

It was another excellent result for this group, who continue to demonstrate great determination and attitude.
