Spa Minor Boys secured their second piece of silverware in as many months with victory in the East Kerry Minor Division 3 League Final on Monday evening, adding to their Minor Club Championship Division E Shield title from last month. Despite trailing by four points at half-time against Fossa, Spa produced a strong second-half performance, gaining control around midfield and defending resolutely to limit their opponents’ scoring chances, with only a late penalty goal adding to Fossa’s tally. A composed and determined display across the pitch saw Spa come through on a 2-11 to 3-12 scoreline as deserving winners.
