A busy and exciting start to the season saw both our Girls U8s and Boys U10s in action over the past few days.

Our U8 girls took part in their first blitz of the year and produced a fantastic display, with all their hard work on the training ground clearly shining through. They faced strong opposition in Laune Rangers, Dr Crokes, Tarbert and Churchill, and throughout the day the girls showed excellent skill, teamwork and determination, along with great sportsmanship. A brilliant effort from all involved and a very promising start to their season.

Meanwhile, our U10 boys got their Go Games campaign underway with an enjoyable evening of football in Gneeveguilla. Despite the cold conditions, the standard of play was excellent, with great skill on show across all teams. Our boys were not deterred by the weather and delivered some strong performances, making it a very positive opening to the Go Games season.

Well done to all players, coaches and parents for their continued support — a great foundation laid for the months ahead. Spa Abú!
