Despite weather more typical of November, Spa U12 girls brought plenty of energy and quality to their Go Game clash with Austin Stacks in Tralee on Wednesday evening.
Playing in challenging conditions, the girls adapted superbly to a strong wind and produced an excellent all round team performance. Spectators were treated to some fine attacking play, combined with determined and disciplined defending from every player on the panel.
It was a hugely encouraging display, showcasing both the skill and teamwork developing within the squad.
The club extends its thanks to Austin Stacks for their warm hospitality, to the referees for overseeing two very sporting games, and to all our supporters for their continued encouragement.
Spa now look ahead to their next outing, when they host Kilcummin at home this evening.
