Rathmore hosted the first round of games in phase two of the Go Games last Thursday evening. Spa had a panel of 21 players, lining out in 2 teams. They faced determined and sporting opponents, Corca Dhuibhne, Na Gaeil, Rathmore, and Scartaglin. On a warm and beautiful summers evening, our girls played with super determination, teamwork, and heart from start to finish.
Playing 4 games, our girls battled hard, contesting for every ball, displaying great skills of blocking, kicking, soloing and hand passing. Every player gave their all, showing tremendous spirit, team work and determination throughout the matches. The improvement of the team from game to game is most impressive!
