Please note that invoices we receive that we have not been made aware of in advance (either by using this form or contacting us directly) will not be paid. Submission of this form doesn’t automatically mean your expense will be approved, and we reserve the right to refuse an expenses claim for any reason. Because of this, we recommend that you submit your expenses claim and wait for approval before ordering or paying for any goods or services that would be covered by your expenses claim.

We reserve the right to reject any expenses claim for any reason, including falsified information or relevance to the club and its partners. If an expenses claim is rejected and you have already ordered or paid for any goods or services that would be covered by your claim, you are responsible for paying the suppliers of the aforementioned goods and services and will not be reimbursed for that expense.
