Spa hosted Fossa on Thursday evening in the final round of the Co League Division 6C, with the visitors winning out by 1-9 to 0-5 on the night.

Gary Cronin (2) and Jack Clifford swapped early scores with Spa's Mikey Moynihan (2) and Roiri O'Connor before a Fossa goal from Lorcan Daly gave them a 3-point advantage at the first water break at 1-3 to 0-3. Points from Lorcan Daly, Jack Clifford and Lee Lenihan extended that advantage before two Mikey Moynihan points for Spa just before the break made it 1-6 to 0-5 at half time, Spa keeper Conor O'Riordan pulling off a great save just before the half time whistle.

Jack Clifford added three points for Fossa when the play resumed but that was the last of the scoring as both teams failed to convert for the last 20 minutes.
