On November 8th 2009, sports journalist and author Jimmy O’Sullivan Darcy launched his first book on 125 of Kerry GAA history called Forged in Green and Gold. A large crowd attended the launch at the Gleneagle Hotel, many from the Spa GAA club, and the special guest speaker on the night was Weeshie Fogarty RIP.
