Something to help with the Spa Gaa Home Skills Challenge 🏐💙💛💚💛...

Over the next few weeks Kerry Coaching and Games plan to send out some video clips demonstrating the Skills of Gaelic Football and Hurling.

On these clips some of the Kerry Senior Footballers and Hurlers will demonstrate and go through the teaching points of various different skills. The players will also give some advice on how they practice the skills.

We would encourage club coaches to share these clips and encourage players in your club to practice the skills. Now is a good opportunity for players to spend time working on individual skills and become confident playing off both sides.
