Points exchanged between both teams but thevisitors started to pull away in the first half with a half time score of Spa0-5 to Listowel 4-3.
Second half the team started with a great goal by David OSullivan and a few points from Kalvin O Sullivan to decrease the margin.Listowel scored a few more points and David O Sullivan found the net onceagain. We kept the opposition scoreless for the next fifteen minutes but theywoke up to pull away even further.
The defense worked tirelessly with great work from ChrisHealy, Donal Hickey , Cian Russell, Liam O’Leary and pulled off great blocksand goal keeper Aaron O’Connor had some great saves. Midfielders Oran O’Neilland Luke O’Neill won some great ball in the middle of the field and deliveredto our forward line.
