U15 EAST KERRY CHAMPIONSHIP
Our U15’s travelled to Glenflesk last week for the first round of the East Kerry Championship and an early throw in @ 10:30. Our boys started slow and Glenflesk raced into a six point lead early thanks to two well taken goals. Spa grew into the half and tacked on a few scores of their own ending the half 4 points behind. HT Spa 0-5 Glenflesk 2-3.
The second started with a good Glenflesk point but from then on Spa took over, and began to eat into the glenflesk lead. Only for some poor finishing from our lads , they would have drawn level sooner however they got their noses in front with 5 minutes to go and the game finished with a spa win by the slenderest of margins. FT: Glenflesk 2-4 Spa 0-11.
Next up for this group is a home game v Dr. Crokes. Thanks to Glenflesk for a tough, fair game and best of luck in the next round .

East Kerry Minor Championship Rd1 Spa v Firies this Monday October 3rd at 7.30pm in Spa.
UP & ACTIVE HALLOWEEN CAMP
After a fantastic response to the Up and Active camp over the summer, the Halloween camp is here and it's time to have fun again! This Mid-Term, the camp will offer your child a fun-filled three days of games and activities in a safe and spacious environment with indoor and outdoor facilities.
The list below outlines *some* of the activities that your child will enjoy – Soccer, Gaelic Football, Tag Rugby, Olympic Handball, Hockey, Volleyball, Rounders, Athletics, Art, Basketball and Fun games. We will also have a fancy dress party on Friday and there will be prizes for the best costumes. All 3 instructors are fully qualified teachers with years of experience.
The camp is for children attending primary school.
Dates: Wednesday 2nd - Friday 4th November 2022 from 9am - 1pm at the Spa GAA grounds.
