Spa v Castleisland Desmonds

Our 2019 season got off to a fantastic start with a fine win away to Castleisland Desmond’s.

Our boys put on a fine display of skills & kicking ability & raced into an early lead scoring 4 points either side of a goal without reply in the opening 10 mins. Aided by a nice spring breeze & the traveling support, the boys finished the first half with a flurry of points and a commanding lead.

Castleisland worked hard to try and get back into the game but it just wasn’t their night.

A couple of 2nd half goals by our boys gave us a comfortable margin in the end.
