Our late former chairman and cherished friend John O'Sullivan, Ballycasheen Upper and late of Crossmount, Kilgarvan, was fondly remembered by Spa members who walked over Mangerton on December 27th last.

The group headed for the sanctuary of Kilgarvan, following the steps and route that had been safely navigated by John in his role as guide, Johnny Randles and the late Con O'Shea and others, since it's inception as a Christmas time club event back in the early 1980's.

Now very much an annual tradition in Spa, it was fitting to honour John's memory trekking through his old terrain in recent days.
