The Spa Senior Ladies turned out on Sunday 26th June to play Legion in their home grounds.

Conditions were very wet and slippery on the day with a moderate breeze. The Spa Senior ladies had a great start to their game and demonstrated a fantastic game of football the whole way through.

Legion put a good fight up until the end but Spa were the stronger team on the day. The final score Spa 5-8 to Legion 0-4.

The Spa Senior Ladies have reached a Semi Final stage in the Donal Curtin Cup. They will play again on Monday 18th July against Austin Stacks, venue to be confirmed.
