What a day for our u13 teams with 2 big East Kerry semi final wins away from home:

Firstly our u13 development team beat Firies in Firies in the East Kerry Div 6 semi final. Having been 1-5 to 1-3 behind at the break, some great football and determination from our young lads got them over the line by the minimum in the end in an exciting finish, final score Spa 2-6 Firies 1-8.

We now look forward to the Div 6 final next weekend

Later on our u13 A side played Kilcummin in Kilcummin in the Division 1 semi final. A slow start left us 3-6 to 0-3 down after 15 mins but a good finish to the opening half saw us claw it back to 6 at the break, 3-8 to 1-8. Our lads kicked on massively in the 2nd half to hold their opponents to 2 points in the 2nd period in increasingly difficult conditions, and some great scores down the stretch got us over the line in another tight finish, final score Kilcummin 3-10 Spa 2-16.

We now look forward to the East Kerry Division 1 final against Firies next weekend
