U-14 Boys

Played Skellig/ Rangers/Valentia in the county league at home on Monday evening. Rian O’Neill worked very hard around the middle setting up Eoghan Mulvany on a couple of occasions who coolly slotted two early goals to the net giving the boys in blue at half time lead of 3-5 to 1-9. On the resumption the physically bigger South Kerry lads began to take some great long distance scores. However some fantastic defending Bailey O’Sullivan and phenomenal work rate by Timmy Moynihan kept the Spa lads in touch. However despite more fantastic scores by Spa including an outstanding point by Sean Hickey were unable to hold out losing by 4-17 to 4-11.
