Spa GAA wish to offer our deepest sympathies to the Lyne and O'Keeffe families and Legion GAA club on the untimely passing of Damien Lyne RIP ❤

1979 was a historic year for the Spa club with the opening of the playing pitch and dressing rooms on May 27th 1979.

Spa defeated Dr Crokes by 0-10 to 1-5 in the O’Donoghue Cup East Kerry Championship Final played in the Fitzgerald Stadium on October 9th 1977.

Our U12 team from 2008 - Co League Division 1B champions and East Kerry Division 1 Champions.

Spa are helping with the Community Volunteer programme and as well as the Covid-19 helpline, we have a list of club members in different areas that have offered to help where needed during these few weeks. 

The 1997 East Kerry team which bridged a 27-year gap to defeat Laune Rangers by 1-11 to 0-8 in a replayed Senior Co Championship Final in Austin Stack Park. The team included Mossie Cronin, Anthony Morris, Ger Cronin and Sean Moynihan on the panel and John Kelly (RIP) was a selector/physio.
