Spa travelled to Gneeveguilla on Sunday afternoon for round 4 of the county league and they came up against a strong home side who made them do battle right to the very end. Match report available here

MINOR CO LEAGUE DIVISION 3 FINAL SPA 2-3 GLENFLESK 3-10
Spa and Glenflesk met in the Minor Co League Division 3 Final on Thursday night and after a highly entertaining and competitive game that went right down to the wire, Glenflesk came out on top. Match report available here
Well done to our minor team and management, a great achievement to compete in the final with the result only decided in the final minutes of a closely contested and highly entertaining game. Our congratulations to Glenflesk on the win.

U15 CO LEAGUE SPA V AN GHAELTACHT
Our U15’s made the long trip to An Gaeltacht Wednesday evening and on a cold, wet, windy evening the result went the way of the hosts. Our boys played with a strong breeze in the first half but were slow to get going and went in at half time trailing 0-6 to 2-3. Playing against a strong breeze in the second half, our hosts kicked some good long range points but our boys showed some good fighting spirit and kicked some good scores of their own. A number of missed chances in the second half could have bought the game closer for spa however our hosts ran out deserved winners on a score line of 2-11 to 0-08. Thanks to An Gaeltacht for a very sporting game and to all the parents who made the trip.
